Hunter’s artistic journey began with a deep sense of nostalgia for a time that never quite came to be. Inspired by the ideals of unity and peace that characterized the 60s and 70s, Hunter embarked on a series of paintings that pay homage to the era and its unfulfilled promises. Working primarily in acrylic on canvas and illustration board, Hunter’s paintings range in size from small, intimate pieces to large, commanding works that demand attention. The artist’s style is characterized by bold colors, whimsical imagery, and a sense of longing for a world that could have been.
Through his art, Hunter seeks to evoke a sense of love and harmony that transcends time and place. The paintings serve as a reminder of the potential for humanity to come together and create a better world for all.
Overall, Hunter’s art is a reflection of a dream deferred, a reminder of the beauty and hope that once permeated the world.
Through his work, the artist invites viewers to ponder the possibilities of a more peaceful and united future, one where love truly does conquer all.
